- Orders once processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
- The Kaavin’s is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered
- All our products are made using well researched ingredients. However customers are requested to do a patch test before they use the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, they are advised to discontinue use of the products.
- All disputes are subject to Himachal Pradesh jurisdiction.
